Steps to Reproduce

  1. Walk with a controller
  2. Aim with a mouse
  3. Hold an action key like grapple on L1

Explanation

Warning: Audio might be jarring.

When playing with a controller + mouse, walking while moving the mouse and holding an action button will result in a repetition of the audio que and animation.
