Steps to Reproduce

1. land on the ledge of one of the openings towards the center of the map

Explanation

I tried to jump inside a window on plaza, I landed on the ledge and couldn't move at all until someone killed me (I was pressing forward at the end of the clip but it felt like I was floating on the ledge)
