Steps to Reproduce

  1. Be mech
  2. Have friendly mech across the map
  3. Have enemy mech walk between you and your friend

Explanation

In at least Mech v Mech mode, when you can see your teammates across the map through buildings as a green outline, whenever an enemy mech gets between you and your friend, you can see their outline negating the green outline.
