Steps to Reproduce

1. Exit the game directly from the menu
2. Try just hitting the Stop button on steam

Explanation

On PC/Steam when hitting exit game the game freezes for a long time. Sometimes it will eventually exit the game but I often find myself hitting the "Stop" button on Steam and it takes longer then other games but after about 5 seconds does in fact turn off the game.
