Steps to Reproduce

1. After you run out of ammo, hold the left trigger to aim in.
2. Hold the right trigger to shoot.
3. Hold the left bumper for the grapple.
4. Hold all the buttons together to cause the spam animation.

Explanation

I have encountered a bug with the grapple system, if you run out of ammo it can trigger a spam animation that doesn't seem intentional
