Explanation
I was progging my build and i got to max, i farmed ferry from power 11-20, then tried to bellcheck. no bell. i was abit sus but decided to do some more ferries at max level. i did atleast 7 and thought, this should be enough. i bellcheck. no bell. i thought let me check my bell prog from the guy at starsweapt. this is insane. i should have bell yet i have no prog?
