Steps to Reproduce

1. Clicked the ticket icon.
2. Typed in the code.
3. Pack appeared on the screen but then nothing occurred following and I can't find the pack elsewhere to open.

Explanation

I used the SCULPTURE code but I didn't get the pack :(
