1. Levelled multiple characters to prestige three

Explanation

I’m unable to unlock the PS5 achievement ‘lll-50’. I have unlocked multiple characters to prestige three, however the accoutrements will not unlock. This is extremely frustrating, as I’m trying to achieve the platinum trophy. I would really appreciate it if you could help me. Thank you.
