Steps to Reproduce

1. Charge dream snare
2. Attempt to release
3. Snare may work occasionally but mostly does not

Explanation

Freddy dreams snares inconsistent/unable to be used correctly. Able to charge, but when I hit button to release snare, most of the time it simply cancels the attack.
