I’ve just downloaded dbd and have just completed the tutorial, but it dosent let me play any other mode, each mode has the loading symbol on it

I keep getting stuck in the loading screen going into a match, I restarted my game and my console and internet nothing has worked I lost all of my escape cakes and lost out of blood points.
