The bot was revealing The Ghost Face through line of sight blockers. This includes multi-story buildings where the floor\ceiling is the LOS blocker.

REMAINS ISSUE IN 9.5.0 - Initially I thought it was a cheater, but the following match the exact same situation happened, again. This leads me to believe this is likely a bug, not a cheater. Either that, or very bad luck and facing the same cheat twice in a row. Range is untested, but it happened from a good distance to me both times. The video, however, only shows the times when they were closer. Extra note: I doubt this is relevant, but just in case, since two people DC'ed in both matches, I let both of the remaining real players escape since it would not be a fair match - I only focused out the bots.

Steps to Reproduce
- Play as The Ghost Face
- Have a bot player in the match (hooked or running free)
- Have a line of sight blocker between you and the bot
- The bot should immediately reveal you.
Explanation
UPDATED FOR 9.5.0 RELEASE - ISSUE MARKED AS FIXED BUT IS STILL BROKEN
When playing The Ghost Face, players who have DC'ed and been replaced by a bot are able to reveal The Ghost Place killer through walls\terrain\floors and other line of sight blockers. This occurs VERY far away - maybe even map-wide. This makes playing The Ghost Face unplayable since he is instantly revealed if there is a bot in the map. This has occurred to me in two different matches vs two different players. It seems to occur both if the bot is NOT on a hook AS WELL as BEING on a hook. Both situations, I was revealed by the bot. Either that, or I had some bad luck and faced 2 cheaters in a row that DC'ed and the bot inherited their cheat...but a bug feels more likely.
