Steps to Reproduce

Play 2vs8 as Robin with Healerperk
Play Against Nemesis and Wesker on Ormond
Get hooked first
Get unhooked and be teleported back to original position

Explanation

2 vs 8 - Incorrect Unhook Placement // I played as Robin in 2 vs 8 vs. Nemesis and Wesker on Mt. ormond map; got hooked as the first player by Nemesis. When i got unhooked i was back at the place, where nemesis had hooked me (got teleported back).
