Explanation
Hi I'm just gonna comment here, cause your ban appeal in both the BHVR website and the EAC Ban Appeal is just completely automated, declining the appeal almost instantly.
My account "Stelerium" has about 500 hours into the game and my cousin decided to use my account and download shaders. Either the shaders he downloaded was sketchy or maybe Shaders in itself are not allowed, either way I got perma banned by your system.
My cousin out of fear getting scolded by me, decided to ask support from your website and EAC's ban appeal (your anti-cheat partner). When I reviewed your replies, you guys send the same player ID and tell me to "Go to EAC's ban appeal website, with this appeal ID". When given to EAC, their automated appeal system just gives an immediate decline.
Assuming this is a HWID ban already, this becomes unfair for me when my cousin (who did get scolded) is the one who messed with my game files. Please BHVR, I humbly ask that you bring back my account, I've been playing this game on and off sure, but I can't lose everything that I paid for when I saved up from school because of my cousin
