Steps to Reproduce
- Miss an attack during Feral Frenzy
Explanation
Feral Frenzy attacks that are missed and do not hit a Survivor, cause a 0.225 second "missed-hit" animation to elapse, before proceeding into the power's cool-down. This effectively lengthens the time taken to exit Feral Frenzy; increasing it from 2.5s -> 2.725s
Back before patch 2.7.0. this made sense, as Legion could freely miss during Frenzy. However, since he loses his entire power now when doing so, there is little reason for this animation to be used.
