Steps to Reproduce

1. Disable hidden matchmaking delay
2. Queue up for 2v8
3. Enable match making delay
4. Queue up for 2v8 again

Explanation

Having hidden matchmaking delay enabled, prevents estimated queue time in 2v8 to display. For the estimated queue time to be visible, hidden matchmaking delay needs to be disabled in the game privacy settings.
