Additional Notes & Comments:	when i tried queueing for another game, the menus were still gone and i could not change my class or anything. menus still gone in normal 1v4 gamemode. menus returned after game restart.

Steps to Reproduce

1. queue for 2v8 as solo q survivor
2. match gets stuck counting down at 0 seconds for extended period of time
3. disconnected from lobby, given connection error message, all menus from the left of the screen are now gone

Explanation

Tried to join 2v8, got disconnected, completely lost ability to look at perks, characters, bloodweb, store, anything that was on the left side of the screen. only fix is completely restart DBD.
