Steps to Reproduce

1. killer brings undying and devour hope (lethal and bbq as well, but not sure if this makes a difference)
2. all survivors are alive and healthy. no one is in chase
3. survivor #1 has 2 hooks, survivor #2 has 2 hooks, survivor #3 has 1 hook, survivor #4 has 0 hooks
4. survivor #4 cleanses devour hope. *instantly everyone becomes exposed* even though no one is in chase, let alone hit with a basic attack
5. undying relights devour somewhere on the map, and survivors must cleanse it to make the exposed go away

Explanation

when the killer bring both devour hope and undying, cleansing devour hope causes all survivors to become exposed without anyone being hit by a basic attack
