Steps to Reproduce
- Two people get into the same lobby and start matchmaking.
- Wait 20-30 minutes to find a match.
- Load into the pre-game lobby.
- Within 1-2 seconds, one player is kicked from the lobby with an error message that reads 'Unable to connect to dedicated server'.
- Try again 2-3 more times with the same outcome.
Explanation
My friend and I play 2v8 Killers whenever it comes out. Every time we have this issue at least once, sometimes it could last for several days at a time.
Basically, we get into the 2v8 Killers lobby together, wait the 20-30 minutes to matchmake, then when we find a match, we load into the lobby with all 10 people (before it begins) and after just a second or two, my friend gets kicked. She gets an error message saying "unable to connect to dedicated server". She has restarted the game, restarted her xbox, restarted her router, checked internet connection, we have tried doing the play while you wait, and she can load into a survivor lobby just fine. We used to live together, using the same wifi and I only had that issue a few times, she has it so much more often than I ever have. And we can't figure it out. I am making this for her (using her cloud ID) as she doesn't know how to.
