Steps to Reproduce

1. Play 2 v 8
2. Go against a Wesker and Nemesis
3. Pick up a purple Antidote spray can
4. Get caged
5. Get rescued
6. Notice how the bottle is misaligned and not held correctly by your character

Explanation

In 2 v 8, if you are holding an Antidote spray can and get caged, the bottle becomes misaligned in the Survivor's hands. Dropping it and picking it back up, or retrieving a new one, does not fix this. See the video linked below for more details:
