Additional Notes & Comments:	I thought it was a visual bug until I downed a survivor and a zombie without charging the saw, by simply walking towards them.

Steps to Reproduce

1. charge up saw and confirm anytime
2. saw stays glitched and you can now walk into opponents and down them without cooldown
3. ends if stunned, open locker, or if lunging - sometimes

Explanation

2v8 - Billy stuck in saw, able to one shot with no cooldown.
