Steps to Reproduce

1. Get hooked as "Eleven" with her default torso cosmetic
2. Attempt a self unhook
3. Look at her arm

Explanation

When you try to unhook yourself as Eleven, her left armpit shows a square-shaped box that clips through her torso.
