This is an issue regardless of system i believe. I see it on steam and PS5

Steps to Reproduce
- Get to any tier in rift thats
- Open the rift
- watch the animation for unlocking the tiers on the page play
- close rift
- reopen rift and see animation and noise once again play.
Explanation
When opening the rift every tier in the page you are on open up again. For instance, im on tier 74 and the tiers 71-74 make the opening noise and animation no matter how many times i open the rift. The animation is fine, but the noise from it opening is genuinely so loud and headache inducing. This issue has been in the game for over a year.
