Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a custom game as a spectator
2. Spectate a Killer playing as the Unknown
3. The Killer sounds are way louder than intended when spectating the Killer

Spectating the Unknown in custom games sounds are way louder than intended, this bug is 100% consistent and always happens every time
