Actual Result:	Neither of these cosmetics 'Leader Ribcage' or "Reporter Ribcage' have glowing bones.
Expected Result:	For these 2 specific cosemtics 'Leader Ribcage' and 'Reporter Ribcage' to have glowing bones similar to the rest of the cosmetics in the 'Tricks and Treats' collecton.

Additional Notes & Comments:	It was rather disappointing that these cosmetics didn't have the signature glow that the rest of the other cosmetics in the collection have. Especially since it appears that Vee's cosmetic was adjusted to glow in a later update but Dwight and Zarina's still don't.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Equipping the 'Leader Ribcage' or 'Reporter Ribcage' cosmetics.
2. Compare to any of the other Haunted By Daylight ribcage shirt cosmetics.

Explanation

The bones on the 'Leader Ribcage' and 'Reporter Ribcage' cosmetic tops do not glow compared to the 'Jammer Ribcage' cosmetic from the 2025 Haunted By Daylight Event, or the previous Haunted By Daylight 'Botanical Ribcage' and 'Remixed Ribcage' cosmetics for example.
