Additional Notes & Comments:	Couldn't upload all four clips of me test/cataloguing the bug for each character due to the video upload limit, so no Susie clip since she doesn't seem to trigger the bug at all anyway. Bug has been around for a while now but doesn't seem to have ever been reported. Maybe because it doesn't occur with Susie (not frequently at least) but I can't be sure.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as Legion, using a body cosmetic for Frank, Joey, or Julie
2. Use Frenzy
3. Cancel Frenzy

Explanation

Canceling frenzy as Legion plays two voice lines at once. When doing it as Frank or Joey in particular, it plays both a line from Frank and from Joey overlapping. Julie seems like she plays two of her own voice lines at the same time most of the time, but I haven't tested her in particular much nor play as her and Susie very often so it's hard for me to tell. The bug appears to not occur at all when playing as Susie specifically from what I can tell.
