Additional Notes & Comments:	The survivor can still see their scratchmarks when using perks like "Fixated" from Nancy which means it's probably client sided

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use your power as The knight
2. Have a survivor run while you're creating a patrol path

Explanation

When using The Knights power "Guardia Compagnia" Scratchmarks don't generate for you, meaning if you use your power as a survivor is running you cannot track them afterwards especially if you're spending a while to place your power.
