Steps to Reproduce

1. Be at the edge of The Doctor's TR
2. Have The Doctor use their AOE power
3. See if the Survivor gets shocked

Explanation

(During the Winter Event)

I do not recall what perks The Doctor had, but it seems as though I was not shocked when The Doctor used his AOE power. I was hearing his Terror Radius, yet I did not get shocked.
