Additional Notes & Comments:	Please fix this its been in the game since 9.4.0 PTB and really s**** when it happens. Just added a log file please let me know if it's the wrong one. I uploaded two different ones just in case

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go into frenzy
2. Hit survivor
3. No visual indicator of killer instinct except for the red hue on survivors bodies when in direct sight

Explanation

Legion's Killer Instinct has no visual indicator and only has audio. I reported this bug two weeks ago on PTB but this is on live servers 9.4.2. Lasts entire game.
