Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a Survivor reach a pallet
2. Have another Survivor with endurance follow the Survivor at pallet
3. Have the Survivor at pallet throw in front of the face of the Survivor with endurance
4. Attempt to swing at the Survivor
5. See if the Killer gets stunned without changing the health state to deep wounds

Explanation

Survivor bodyblocking with endurance (I think this is irrelevant) was somehow not put into the deep wounds state when the pallet was dropped in the face of the Survivor. My point-blank attack did not connect as I got stunned.
