Additional Notes & Comments:	I think this happened because the power gauge was close to depleting.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Never-Sleep Pills (possibly needed)
2. Get 4 Frenzy hits
3. Get the 5th hit and (potentially) not down the Survivor despite hitting them

Explanation

The Legion's 5th Feral Frenzy hit does not 100% of the time down a Survivor. This makes his power a gamble. I just played a match where I got 4 hits, and then lost my speed gained, and hitting the person did NOT down them.

I think this happened when hitting just before the power depleted.
