Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the game
2. Go to either Killer or Survivor
3. Pick any character of your choosing
4. Notice how their Prestige crest will have a red exclamation mark on it
5. Click on the prestige icon to go to the prestige overview
6. Remove all notifications
7. Note how the exclamation mark is now gone on the prestige crest
8. Close and relaunch the game
9. Note that the exclamation mark is back

Explanation

Exclamation mark on Prestige Crest keeps showing up even after clearing all the notifications.

With the new patch 9.5.0 came an update to the prestige system, which now allows you to see your progress and the rewards you've unlocked along the way. However, even after clearing all the notifications, they keep coming back whenever you close and relaunch the game.
