Actual Result:	Terror Radius gets Transfered to the plot twisting obsession via Dark Devotion.
Expected Result:	Dark Obsession doesn't trigger from Plot Twist.

Additional Notes & Comments:	As I said, it could be intended. But considering how rare Dark Devotion is, it might as well be an oversight.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a killer run Dark devotion.
2. The obsession downs itself with Plot Twist.
3. Terrorradius gets transfered to Obsession.

Explanation

Dark Devotion gets triggered when the Obsession uses Plot Twist. Not sure if it is a bug or a feature, though.
