Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip any perk that makes you more likely to be the obsession, such as Decisive Strike, together with the new perk A Place for Us.
2. Observe that you become the obsession most of the time.
3. Notice that the perk activates on self heals.
4. Determine that the self heal can be done through a medkit or another perk like Inner Strength/Second Wind.
5. Verify if the activation of the perk on self heals is intended or unintended.

Explanation

The new perk "A Place For Us" from Kwon Tae-Young gives the Elusive status effect on any self heal when you are the obsession
