Steps to Reproduce
- Equip any perk that makes you more likely to be the obsession, such as Decisive Strike, together with the new perk A Place for Us.
- Observe that you become the obsession most of the time.
- Notice that the perk activates on self heals.
- Determine that the self heal can be done through a medkit or another perk like Inner Strength/Second Wind.
- Verify if the activation of the perk on self heals is intended or unintended.
