Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a survivor bring any boon perk
2. Have that survivor boon any totem
3. Have the killer snuff that boon totem with the perk Ultimate Weapon equipped
4. Ultimate Weapon will activate even though its activation condition (opening a locker) hasn't been met

Explanation

A killer snuffing a boon totem will activate the perk Ultimate Weapon.
