Steps to Reproduce
- Allow Nancy's perks to be leveled up to tier 3 in all survivors
- Allow Steve's perks to be leveled up to tier 3 in all survivors
Explanation
i faced a bug regarding mikaela reid where i can not level up the shared perks from steve and nancy for higher than level 1 (tier 1 perk) for mikaela , all other survivors can level up all perks except for mikaela , i spent too much bloodpoint and BP offerings to prestige mikaela thinking that it will fix the perks bug but it didn't fix it , i play on PC , steam < my player cloud id is e66c19cb-ed43-4861-9a52-72f22f44c83f bugged perks eexamples ( fixated , inner strength , second wind ) etc..
