Additional Notes & Comments:	Not a bad bug but annoying. Caught me of gaurd.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Turn volume down to either 0% or just down so its noticable.
2. Go to a character screen (I tested with survivor)
3. Go to loadout
4. Open prestiege menu

Explanation

When your menu music is on 0%, opening the prestige menu will blast the music into your ears anyway. It also seems to ignore the master volume, as I have that on 40%, so it can be very loud.
