Actual Result:	No old Steve scream using perks that make your character scream.
Expected Result:	Expected a 10% (or higher) chance of Steve using his old scream when Scene Partner activates.

Additional Notes & Comments:	I have been playing A LOT of Steve the past 2 weeks and have not heard his old scream from a perk one single time. I've heard his old scream many times now from being hooked or being grabbed out of a locker by a killer.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select Steve Harrington as Survivor.
2. Load into a match with Scene Partner perk.
3. Have perk activate and never hear the old Steve scream.
4. Get grabbed by the killer or hooked and hear the old Steve scream occasionally.

Explanation

Steve's Easter Egg scream is not activating with Scene Partner. It will activate when grabbed from a locker or hooked, but screams not involving the killer are not activating the Easter Egg scream.
