Steps to Reproduce

1. Load onto Trickster's Delusion as The Artist
2. Go to an elevated Window
3. Place a Bird and locate the spot where the Crow will not spawn

Explanation

Placing Artist Dire Crows at Trickster's Delusion Windows Sometimes do not spawn the crows yet still consume a token of her power even while showing a flight path indicating you could place a Crow
