Perk purchase bug: Perk fails to appear after buying during update delay

Steps to Reproduce

1. in the bloodweb, buy a perk
2. right after clicking to buy a perk or just a little after the animation of buying it is done, close the bloodweb or switch to the loadout
3. return to the bloodweb
4. the perk will be buyable, so click to buy it
5. once you return to the loadout menu, the perk won't be there or won't receive the level upgrade
6. when you return to the bloodweb, the perk will be locked by the entity

Explanation

if you buy a perk and close the bloodweb it will take about 10 seconds to update/appear in your inventory. BUT if you go back to the bloodweb and buy the perk during that time, the entity will lock the perk, and you will be unable to buy it. It won't go into your inventory.
You still can buy other items and upgrade to the next level.
