Additional Notes & Comments:	When trying to play using VPN and connecting through other countries - like Finland - all works well. So you need to check network availability for game crucial services FROM Russia. Maybe you'll find thats some of your services are unreachable from Russia and need to do something about it

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to find a game from lobby while connected from Russia

Explanation

Russian players can't connect to game server from lobby. When start searching for a game - as soon as it is found - only loading screen lasts for about 20-30 seconds and then returning to lobby with an error like "Remote server not responding. Proceeding disconnection" (got it in russian language - translation maybe not accurate). Situation continues since 9.5.1 Bugfix Patch was released. Its already takes about 3 days long that gamers from Russia can't play without VPN. So maybe something was broken with 9.5.1 Bugfix Patch - OR maybe it's somehow connected with network restrictions from RosComNadzor. We appreciate your investigation on this case.
