Steps to Reproduce
- Try connecting to the lobby with russian ip using vpn (may not reproduce the issue since blocking done on our internet provider through DPI)
Explanation
Unable to Connect to Game Lobby. Dedicated server is not responding for Russia since bugfix 10.0.2 july 6 till now. We know that the reason is that AWS servers getting blocked in Russia, but untill july 6, atleast for me, servers worked fine, and judging by steam forum the issue occur for many people since than. Some say that before this issue was fixed by previous bugfixes, but on july 21 bugfix 10.0.3 issue has not been resolved. Apperently there is something can be done on your side, couse this had been resolved before.
