Viewing perks on the info screen show a placeholder texture

To clarify, when this happens during build selection, that isn't consistent. It can happen one time, then the next time it's fine. To fix it you simply deselect/select a perk and they come back. HOWEVER, for the player info screen this seemed to happen every single match I was on the PTB. I saw this happening to quite a few people on ptb that and it did not matter if you are using CUSTOM or Original perk images, it will still do this. I noticed this time when I saw it happen that just before it goes to a "place holder" multi color image that it makes all perks with that placeholder show Adrenaline, in case that's helpful. Lastly, I selected "Major", because it basically makes this new feature almost useless on the PTB. I couldn't reference it without manually hovering over each perk/item during the match.
