Steps to Reproduce

1. well at first everything is normal
2. start going page by page through all the killer perks
3. boom there it is
4. in a match where my teammates perks are invisible unless I hover over them

Explanation

I have been having trouble with the past few months with a visual bug where it just blanks out my perk icons, add ons etc.
