Steps to Reproduce

1. Load the game
2. Join a match
3. To fix, load into a custom game

Explanation

Every time I open the game, it sets both my killer and survivor perks as "hidden perk" and says the perk will be selected for me, just like what happens in chaos shuffle. Unfortunately, chaos shuffle isn't available and this happens in the normal play mode. I am unable to change the perks, and when I load into a game it gives me no perks at all.
The only way I have found to fix this is to load into a custom game first, but then when I close and re-open the game, the bug comes back.
