Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the tomes
2. Go onto tome 17 and get to level 4
3. Find Escape Artist (remix) and select it
4. Go into a trial with it selected
5. You spawn with no perks

Explanation

Tome 17, Level 4, Escape Artist (Remix). The tome does not spawn 4 randomly assigned perks, instead it spawns with nothing.
