Tome 22 - Anguish - Knockout (Remix) Quest not randomizing perks

In Tome 20 page 2 the Knockout (remix) killer challenge is bugged. It doesn’t randomize the perks so you can’t complete it.

Unable to enable a Remix Tome (By Hook or Crook (Remix) for example). I have attempted to enable/disable, restart dbd, and even reinstall but cannot get the tome to randomize my perks on killer.

So im trying to do the tome 17 level one quest knockout (remix), and no matter what i do it doesn't randomize my perks in my loadout
