Steps to Reproduce

1. Select Tome 22
2. Select Page 2
3. Select "KNOCKOUT (REMIX)"
4. Return to lobby and look at perks

Explanation

Tome 22 page 2 random killer perk challenge "KNOCKOUT (REMIX)" does not cause random perks on, seemingly, any killer. Restarting the game, selecting/unselecting/opening/closing the tome seems to have no positive effect. Does not work even with no perks selected or any add-ons/offerings.
