Additional Notes & Comments:	This did not effect my friends. This happened wired and wireless for me. My controller is working normally on other games and my dbd controller settings have not been altered. This is impossible to undo after resets or updates, and is active 100% of the time. It will not be possible for me to play the game until it's patched.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use an Xbox controller at any point
2. I wiggle the analog stick side to side to check if it's working
3. The cursor follows but begins to flicker in and out with my mouse
4. After a few seconds it no longer reads inputs from my controller
5. If the mouse is moved after, you can redo this loop

Explanation
