Actual Result:	Survivors escaping through the Hatch does not result in the Black Fog VFX ending.
Expected Result:	When a Hatch is closed, the Black Fog VFX should go away

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play any match as Killer, or a 2v8 match as Survivor
2. Have a hatch be closed by a Survivor escaping through it
3. Observe VFX continue to play

Explanation

After a Hatch is closed in Endgame collapse, its Black Fog VFX continues to play as if it were open if a Survivor escapes through it.
