Steps to Reproduce

1. Play 2v8 as Torchbearer
2. Wait for a survivor to get grabbed by Wesker after dash
3. flashlight beam not narrowing but sound is presant to suggest its registering

Explanation

During 2v8 when trying to save a team mate after wesker has grabbed them after dashing, the flashlight doesn't narrow when it should, and only starts narrowing when its too late for the save. I've had this happen multiple times, but i have a video clip of one instance at least.
